One Belt One Road: Train Wreck or Masterstroke?

9 Dec 2020 - Chinese leader Xi Jinping's signature foreign-policy project is among the biggest and most controversial topics in foreign policy today. Is it uber-strategic or horribly mismanaged? Is China overreaching, following in the footsteps of past empires, or does it have a winning formula for challenging the US-led international order? In this moderated discussion, the authors of two brand new books on the topic and a leading expert on EU-China economic relations will make the case for the diverging views.
